Recently we had the opportunity to add a few more private homes to our vacation rental program at Waikoloa Beach Resort. With the recent additions we feel we have something for everyone looking for a luxury home.
Our 3 bedroom house we just got is known to be one of the nicest homes at Kolea and was Maryl built. Along with a great design, it also has an excellent location in relation to the beach. Just off of the backyard is a gate, which leads you to a trail to the beach. The interior was custom designed with vaulted ceilings with wood accents. The design of the home is excellent for three couples each wanting a spacious bedroom.
The Pacific Sunset Villa is a 4 bedroom house at Naupaka Place and one of the nicer homes on the entire Kohala Coast. Nothing was spared in the design and furnishing of this house. The location is excellent with the ocean just being steps from the property. This "smart home" also offers a contemporary theater. During the winter months the whale watching loft is an excellent spot to see whales and during the summer months is a nice spot to just relax and enjoy the amazing ocean view.
Hale Kolea is a 5 bedroom house at Kolea that is in a very peaceful location, yet has an excellent panoramic ocean view. Located on the end of Kolea, this house is mostly surrounded by lava rock giving it a peaceful location. This house offers ample space and offers two very nice master suites. The hoise is extremely spacious and is great for larger parties.
Our other 5 bedroom house at Kolea offers a nice ocean view and is more budget friendly for larger groups. The large lanai area is great and the backyard is excellent for children. There is a nice amount of grassy space surrounding the pool and jacuzzi.
