The North Georgia State Fair is scheduled for September 19-29, 2013. This will be the 81st year for this event and will be held at Jim R. Miller Park at 2245 Calloway Road, Marietta, GA. Included with the admission ticket is access to the concerts and exhibits.

Hi Kathy~ Just like Wanda, I like a good fair. I've never been to the State Fair in Colorado. It's several hours away from us and to really make the trip worthwhile, we'd probably need to spend the night. I have been to the Fair in Texas. We'll miss it this year though. Maybe we'll plan for it next year!

Donna, I must say the Texas State Fair is probably my favorite. Never missed it when I lived in Dallas.
I have never been to a state fair. Went to our county fair once. Sounds like it's going to be a good time.
