Rick, this is a great marketing idea. I bet it does get a lot of attention.

Rick- Smart marketing, and I can think of a few homes I've staged that should have called Castle Storage.

This reminds me of a hunter that was a client. I told him that his collection of "heads' scare people.   He didn't think it would be a big deal, until the cable guy went downstairs to install cable and went running and screaming out of the house.  He was so freaked out by the large number of head at eye level - it really frightened him.   I said, when I sell this home, these go to storage.

There is a message in here.  What could we all think of that could be this catchy to brand ourselves.  Thanks for the inspiration.

You have to use cathchy things like this to market your services if you want people to notice.

It's great for us to network with local small businesses.  Maybe you can find out more about that business from the owner(s) and how they came up with that sign.  It really does grab attention!
