Market Report August 2013

455 single family homes new to the market. 158 went under contract in less than 30 days. Prices ranged between $40,000 and $1,775,000.Total of333 properties were sold. 259 was regular resale. 38 were bank owned and 36 were short sale.

The average sold price for regular resale $361,857

The average sold price for bank owned $158,197

Compared to August 2012, 335 single family homes were sold (2 more than 2013). The average sold price went up 30.24% from $251,873 in 2012 to $328,044 in 2013.

Market Report July 2013

238 single family homes new to the market. 56 went under contract in less than 30 days. Prices ranged between $89,900 and $1,495,000.Total of350 properties were sold. 271 was regular resale. 41 were bank owned and 38 were short sale.

Compared to July 2012, 292 single family homes were sold (58 less than 2013). The average sold price went up 28.88% from $288,371 in 2012 to $371,660 in 2013.

Market Report June 2013

144 single family homes are new to the market. 25 went under contract in less than 30 days. Prices ranged between $76,000 and $4,000,000. A total of 369 properties were sold. 264 were regular resale. 61 were bank owned and 44 were short sale.

The lowest sold price was $17,000

The average sold price was $307,765

The average sold price for regular resale was $352,255

 

 

The average sold price for bank owned was $213,005

The average sold price for short sale was $172,201

 

Compared to June 2012, 328 single family homes were sold (41 less than 2013). The average sold price went up 0.33% from $306,745 in 2012 to $307,765 in 2013.

 

The price depends on the location, home size, amenities & condition of the properties (handyman, move in condition, kind of floor, updated kitchen/bathroom, air-conditioner, car port or garage parking, etc.)
