Newcastle neighborhood in San Ramon year to date home sales activity thru August 2013. Average sales prices for 2013 compared to 2012 for Newcastle are up 18% for both the executive style homes and the smaller patio homes.

Newcastle like most areas has shown a significant jump in sale prices and with prices rising have given sellers the confidence to put their homes on the market. While not a huge increase in unit sales, this year there were 12 homes sold compared to 8 for the same time period in 2012.
