Did really well last week 5 listings the hard way

I need to vent:

Last week was hard work, all the ground work I've been doing is starting to pay off

let's see

3 listings in 1 development

1 short sale 1 hour from my home

1 regular sale 1 hour from my home

I mention the time because I'm on a scooter, with people that never see scooters ( wait till I get the car that I want !!! )

If anyone tells you that you can't get a listing because you don't have a car ( I have walked 2 miles to get a listing ),

or because you don't look the part ( I prefer to be in jeans )

or because of any reason ( I hear more negativity consistently from other Realtor than most hear in a lifetime )

then remind yourself of this

a) life's a garden, dig it ( Joe Dirt quote )

b) Fear is the mind killer, I shall not fear

c) You can not have no in your heart

I look at where I was just a few months ago, I look at myself today and I know where I'm going tomorrow.

so this post is a pat on the back to myself to remind myself that hard work and steady course pays off.

Side note to the haters:

Thank you for disliking me so intently, I take your dark negative actions and convert it into coal, which in-turn feeds my boilers on the steam engine. https://plus.google.com/100375793393226064627/

I won't be stopping anytime soon :)

Michael, you remind me of the story back in the 70's that Tommy Hopkins used to tell at his seminars.  He started out in real estate door knocking in his band uniform, because he didn't have the funds to buy a business suit.  He we far in his career.  You will too!  Congratulations on all the new business.
