 Norco Ca is also known as Horsetown USA. The City is located South of Eastvale. It has an area of 15 square miles with a population of approximately 26,700. Norco is known as the equestrian community within Riverside County. The community has a mix of older single story home with acreage to newly developed hilltop golf course communities. The city is home to Riverside Community College, Norco Campus and the US Naval Surface Warfare Center. It soon will be home to the new Winco supermarket.

Norco residents are very proud of their city. One can easily find a horse trail along the streets or backyard of homes. It is a common sight to see riders on their horses throughout the city limits.  Downtown gives one the feeling of rural living. The pace of living is much slower and simpler.

The number of Norco homes sold the last 3 month decreased from 34 to 26. For the month of July, the average home price increased $58,588 in just one month. However, home prices dropped for the month of August. One factor for the decrease was due to interest rate increases for the month of August.
