Pinery Southwest (also known as Pinery Glen) is a quiet neighborhood of 500+ single family homes located off of Parker Road near Ponderosa High School in Parker, Colorado.

Most of the homes are 3-4 bedrooms, 1500+ square feet, and feature a 2-car attached garage. The average lot size is 4000+ square feet. Some homes (depending on style) have a partial basement. The majority of homes were built in 2000-2003.

Compared to the same time last year (January-July), the market continues to improve, however sales have slowed.  The number of days on market is low. Values are also continuing to rise.
