Wellington Subdivision Home Sales are always a marker for how the general market is doing. Homes in Wellington sell very well due to the affordable pricing; it's very hard to find homes in Johns Creek at the Wellington price point. The Wellington Subdivision is made up of two communities: "The Estates at Wellington", which has its own entrance off of Abbotts Bridge Road, and "Wellington", which can be found off of Sargent Road. The Estates are larger, higher priced homes, with more upgrades and finishes. They sell in the $350,000 to $450,000 price range. "Wellington" is composed of several sections, with prices ranging from around $200,000 to the low $300s. Wellington's home values have made a comeback in a big way, recovering beautifully from the "great recession" years, when values went way down.
