If you are a veteran inquiring about a VA loan, you may find yourself wondering what are the items needed for a VA Loan. In this week's Military Moment, we discuss the items needed when applying for your loan and explain why these items are important at getting you pre-qualified for your VA loan.
The following are a list of items needed for a VA Loan:
- Last 2 paystubs or LES'
- Last 2 W2's
- Last 2 Years of Tax Returns
- Last 2 Months Bank Statements
- Certificate of Eligibility or DD214

One more thing, we'll also need you to get a DNA sample, which we can do right in our office...OK! That was a joke!
