Oxford Mill homes have consistently been sought after in the Johns Creek real estate market. Oxford Mill is a beautiful community with large, tradional style homes, situated on lovely home sites. There is one problem with Oxford Mill homes for sale - we don't get enough of them on the market for sale! In a typical year the community sells 10 or 12 homes. That is not enough to satisfy the number of buyers who want to live in the community, and as a result, the Oxford Mill homes always sell well. I always advise my clients who want to purchase in Oxford Mill to make as clean an offer as possible if they want to be the winning bidder on an Oxford Mill home.
