Kelle, I know what you mean about older homes. They do have a special character about them. My first investment property was a 100 year old Victorian...talk about character....and maintenance!
Kelle - Old homes do have a special flare that you do not see in the newer homes. Not everyone can see and appreciate that feeling that you have; but they know where they can go to find that older home in the New Braunfels, TX area!

Yes Nick, the maintenance was what made this family sell this darling home. The young couple that bought it are well prepared and equipped to handle the work that needs to be done.
