Castle Rock is a fairly "new" town - only 50,000 people, and most of that growth has hapened in the past 10 years. My wife and I moved here 15 years ago - engaged to be married, we bought our first home in "The Meadows" subdivision. Our home was a two story with a walk out basement, and 3 stairs going down from the kitchen to the den. As well as 2 stairs going up from the main part of our master bedroom to a sitting area and fireplace in the room. We were young - early 30's - and enjoyed going up and down all the stairs all the time! Then we got pregnant with our first child.
