Nearly $12 million in sales for August! Congrats to all of our Jacksonville Realtors for a job well done for the month of August – almost $12 million in sales and $6.4 million in closings. We had 23 agents with transactions in August, but we have to give a big hand to the ladies that came out on top. Congratulations to Jennifer Todd and Mirtha Barzaga!
Jennifer Todd: Jennifer is the Top Lister for August with over $1.3 million in listings sold. She sold four of her own listings – a condominium in St. Augustine, one commercial property, and homes in Heritage Landing and Julington Creek. Her Julington Creek listing sold in nine days and closed in sixteen days!
Mirtha Barzaga: Mirtha has been busy! She is the Top Sales Agent and the Top Producer for the month of August with over $2.1 million in sales and almost $1.7 million in closings. She sold eight properties, five of which were new home construction (two with Inland Homes, two with D.R. Horton and one with Standard Pacific Homes). Mirtha also sold a condo in Jacksonville, a home in Palencia, and a homesite in the King & Bear to Inland Homes. Mirtha had four closings in August, resale homes in Heritage Landing and Murabella and two new construction homes with Inland Homes and Standard Pacific.
What an incredible month in sales! Even better news…September is already off to a great start!
