9-11-2013 Tribute
From Staten Island, about 5 miles away from Manhattan, we have a memorial to the 270 people from Staten Island who died at the World Trade Towers on 9-11-2001.
Last night they had a tribute at that memorial, called "Postcards". Looking toward Manhattan, Statue of Liberty on the left, to its right is the Empire State building in red white and blue, Brooklyn Bridge just barely visible on the far right, the new Trade Center standing proud and on the right of that is the "Tower of Light" tribute.
