Market Report July 2013 – Total unit Single Family Homes sold 150

Regular resale – total units sold 92, the average sold price $156,194 (up 16.77% from $133,759 in 2012).  The average sold price per square foot was $87.35. The average sold price to list price ratio 96% and the average days on market was 83

REO/bank owned – total units sold 43, the average sold price $96,012 (up 11.95 % from $85,762). The average sold price per square foot was $62.60. The average sold price to list price ratio 99% and the average days on market was 63

Short sale – total units sold 15, the average sold price $106,721 (up 28.76% from $82,882). The average sold price per square foot was $59.49. The average sold price to list price ratio 98% and the average days on market was 93

Market Report August 2013 – Total units sold

Single Family Homes – total units sold 123, the average sold price $136,005 (up 11.97% from $121,459 in 2012).  The average sold price per square foot was $80.15. The average sold price to list price ratio 98% and the average days on market was 87

Villas – total units sold 7, the average sold price $132,714 (up 40.44% from $94,492 in 2012). The average sold price per square foot was $96.16. The average sold price to list price ratio 95% and the average days on market was 61

Mobile Homes – total units sold 7, the average sold price $54,207 (down 22.21% from $69,688 in 2012). The average sold price per square foot was $62.16. The average sold price to list price ratio 89% and the average days on market was 151
