When a home is vacated by a distressed homeowner that is losing the property to foreclosure, the motivation to clean the place of any debris or trash doesn't exist. Most times they leave simple trash like pizza boxes from their on-the-go dinner they had during their move-out. Other times though, they leave just about everything behind.
