Trash Outs, The Dirty Side of a Foreclosure

When a home is vacated by a distressed homeowner that is losing the property to foreclosure, the motivation to clean the place of any debris or trash doesn't exist. Most times they leave simple trash like pizza boxes from their on-the-go dinner they had during their move-out. Other times though, they leave just about everything behind.

We photographed a property yesterday before the trash-out was ordered, and it was a reminder how the foreclosure process can take its toll on a property, let alone the family that had to vacate it. Here are a few of the pictures:
