The Pearl's flagship restaurant, Havana Beach Bar and Grill offers a feeling an look of an old French Brasserie. The Executive Chef Michael Guerra is thrilled to explore new ways to develop dishes that define what it means to live an cook on the Southern Gulf. A fusion of flavors from the Creole back country, Mexican fishing villages, and the soul of Cuba come alive in menu selections such as Classic Corn Chowder with blue crab, house-cured bacon, and Creole vegetables. With views overlooking the Gulf and Main Street, Havana Beach Bar and Grill offers breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, with brunch served on the weekends.
Sol Luna Gulf View Lounge is the Pearl's casual roof top lounge that is an incredible spot to enjoy cocktails and small plate tasters made in the wood fired oven while enjoying spectacular view of the Gulf and the destination pool.
Spa Pearl delivers intimate and personalized services at four private poolside treatment rooms. There is a wide variety of body treatments, facials which are tailored to your needs and a gathering area for manicures and pedicures.
