I came across this poem and wanted to share with my readers. It describes the horse very well.
The Horse

Friendship without envy,

Here, where grace is served with muscle

I think I would go crazy not being around a horse that long. I felt like a part of me was missing for the short time after I lost Eddie and before I adopted Pippa.

He certainly was my best friend. I lost him over a year ago. I have to get a new photo of me with my new girl, Pippa. She is an Off-the-Track thoroughbred I adopted about 1 year ago. If you read my posts, you will know more about her. Plus, I post from time to time the progress of her training.
