You Know Some Lucky People

By
Real Estate Agent with Wayne M Martin

You know some lucky people! We all do. They are the ones who are successful and you just can't figure out why. Sometimes you question why that luck did not happen to you. There is little difference between you and the lucky one.

The next time you question the difference, remember this: "The primary difference between you and those "lucky people" is simply this: They did what they did and you did what you did. You just settled too early and too cheaply!" Enjoy your day!

Hi Wayne.

I know a guy who I thought was a very lucky person. One day I asked him about that. We were in his office when I asked him how come he had been so successful in his career.

He told me that he charges the most anyone will pay. And That I have never understood the free markets.

I should be charging double of what I do charge and that I will never be successful if I don't.

I asked him if that was not GREED. He said that is why your not a millionaire today like me.

If what I think is greed. Not helping people is what it takes. Then I don't and won't want be a millionaire.

Have a great day in Fort Myers.

Best, Clint McKie

Wayne,

Those are profound words! It's all about timing, isn't it.

Good afternoon Wayne.  Your words are something to ponder.  I happen to know a couple and I mean everything they touch turns into gold.  They will soon be retiring at 50, millions in the bank but you know what they are the most unhappy souls I've ever seen on the inside.

Wayne- I think we like to call it luck just so we can have a reason for us not having what that person has.  I don't know what I think about luck other than "it is what it is."
