Some of you may have noticed that we are showing some international listings on our WeSellNY.com website. Well that's about to change. We will soon launch a new site WeSellWorldwide.com to better serve the growing list of global properties we represent, and assist buyers and relocation clients in finding their ideal international property.
As members of FIABCI and as Certified International Property Specialists, all of our U.S. listings are marketed globally. As a result, over 80% of our buyers come from overseas. However, as we are being contacted more and more by sellers overseas, we are experiencing the same success selling international properties globally.
Watch for our Global Launch - The world is truly getting smaller.
