Prices in Bethesda Maryland are holding steady even if the interest Rates have caused a hold back in the overall Montgomery County, Maryland marketplace.   This is an opportunity for buyers to make offers without the significant competition of the Spring Marketplace.  Median prices for 20816 rose slightly and 20817 fell slightly.  However, year over year, prices in 20816 have risen while 200817 is level.
