New Construction Advice
New construction is an exciting way to shop for a new home. Most builders require prospective buyers to register with the their REALTOR on the first visit. It is important for buyers to have a REALTOR on their side to ensure that everything is done properly and the best choice can be made. The salesperson working in the model works for the builder! No matter how pleasant or caring they seem to be, in the end, their loyalty is to the builder. Get someone who's looking out for you on your side. Many people believe the myth that not having a REALTOR will save them money, but the truth is that brokerage fees are already worked into the price of the home and the builder will not cut the cost for buyers without a REALTOR. Choose a Real Estate Professional with experience with new home builders, who is familiar with the community and the builder and who will give you the truth about new construction.
