“21 Years Since I did Their Mortgage”21 years ago I did a refinance on their existing home. They are now going to put their home on the market in MA and move to FL. They paid off their home a year ago and will now be purchasing a home for cash, so why did they call?They wanted a referral for a Realtor in MA and a Realtor in FL, a referral for a title company and home inspector in the area they were going to be looking for a home.In the last 21 years I had referred many people to them and they see me as a referral source. So how did this all start? 21 years ago they were in deep trouble with too much debt. Once I got their refinance done, I had referred them to an attorney, CPA and financial planner. Once they had their team of personals around them, they put their entire financial house in order and are now able to retire.In the last 21 years they have referred countless friends, family and co-workers, they understand the value of a loyal relationship.
