I am looking for information about this program Point2NLS.com can someone tell if it is worth anything and should I invest money into this..??

Hello Paula,

My personal opinion about Point2NLS is that it is a great site, inexpensive to get into, and not too expensive to move up to the Professional Level, or even their Premiere level. I started with the basic site, tweaked and personalized it, then moved up to the Professional level which if far better, More Stuff! Statistics, etc., etc.. Check out the other Point 2 blogs, for additional information. If you are just thinking about Point2NLS, and no one has invited you to join, drop me an email and I will send you an invitation.

I also started out with the free one and I didn't really use it much. I kept thinking I was missing so I decided to get on board and see what it is really like. I cannot believe how much is available and how great it works. I've only been on as a professional a few weeks and I already have had the site send a listing and three listing noifiers. It has been the best thing I have done to get responses.

GO FOR IT, it's not that expensive and cheap for what you get. I am still trying to figure out all the things I can do with it.

Point2NLS is a great site. I only use the Free site and get about 5 decent leads a month from my listings. I have over 30 listings on there, so the more you have the better chances you have at getting leads. I may get more leads with the pro-version but I decided against it. I went for the SEO style website for a little more money through www.numberoneexpert.com and have seen a huge return on this investment. Anyway. Point2 is a great site and a great tool to use for listing presentations as well. You get the same syndication with the free version as the pro-version, so if marketing listings is what you really want, then this a great site for it!! Take care!! www.Triangle-NC.com.
