IBBA Class, Intro to Pricing Small Businesses

David Jirasek, ALC, CCIM attended the International Business Brokers Association #220 “Introduction to Pricing Small Businesses” class, sponsored by Texas Association of Business Brokers, in Grapevine Texas on September 11^th, 2013 studying to apply the Direct Market Data Method to estimate the most probable selling price of a small or midsize business (sales price less than $1 million) and how to report this as a “broker’s opinion of value”.
