How hard it must be to really find a great Real Estate agent when you have made the decision to either buy or sell! I was not born with a Real Estate License in my hand so I have been there myself. If I would give anyone advice I would say, visit the agents website, check out their testimonials and profile page and see how quick they respond to a question or phone call.

Is the website that they provide to buyers and sellers user friendly? Do the listings update hourly with info status listed Active or Pending? Can I sign up to receive updates if I choose to have emails of favorite types of listings sent to my email, as they come on the market, so I do not miss the next great home just listed?
