Hi Shantee-with such a good project how is it posible that only 6 units are under contract after 2 years of construction? I specialize in this in Miami/Miami Beach and it is very different down here.

Eric- thanks, yours as well. Marco- I am assuming that its that they weren't all released at the same time. I recall looking in our MLS for something else in that area and noticed some of the units listed for sale. It's a project of 110 units, so with these under contract and the ones still active, it's all dependent upon how much further the project as a whole gets closer to being finished as to when they release more. Andrew- yes indeed! And this project is pretty transit friendly. If you wanted to do nothing the whole weekend and stay in, you could have so much to do to keep you occupied within a few blocks

I am familiar with walkscores but hadn't seen bike scores before.  I will have to check that out, as I know Arlington, Virginia is considered a very bike friendly community.
