Head Shot

Just a quick Reminder!!!!

It's time to quit wishing for sales success, and make a plan to achieve it!   This is a tough buyer's market, but one can't sit by and wait for cleints to come knocking!    A goal without a plan is only a wish.   Most of us just sit by wishing for things to happen and they seldom do.   In this kind of market, you might now have a little time to get planning.  Make a detailed plan of action and then start implementing it.   Your business is up to you.   Just a short thought for the day.

Kai - This is the best time to sit and review our plan and adjust it.  Do the preliminary work and when the market turns around we'll be ahead of the pack.

Gary,  Great note!   Maybe I can remember it!   It is surely worth remembering.  Planning is really crucial especially in this market.   Jerry

Rosalinda,  That is exactly what I was thinking!   With the market a little less crazy, one needs to recommit to planning and get with it.  Jerry

Hi Jeff, Had a siege of flu even though I got my annual flu shot!   Uggghhh, kind of a crappy flu going around in Hawaii this year.   Lots of coughing and it hangggggggggs on!   But all is well now and I am back on the list of the living, and in a couple of weeks I might even be caught up.  Thanks for your concern.  Jerry

Hi Guys,   No, I didn't die!   We lost a property manager and after we allocated his accounts to the three of us left doing this work, we all got immediately overwhelmed.   I guess when someone leaves a company for cause, there is always a ton of fence mending and records updating etc., etc., that has to be done by those left.   Uggghhhh!   I will be back as soon as I can get on top of life.   Thanks for remembering me.  Jerry

Having a plan and working the plan are critical to anyone who is successful. Rarely are we successful because we sat around and had it fall into our laps. Getting a plan together is great advice.

Best,

Scott

Hi Scott,  Great to hear from you again.   I will be back with you guys soon.  Right now, I am bailing water after we lost a property manager and haven't found a replacement for him yet.   Wish us luck.  Jerry

Hi Todd,  Thanks for your note.   Don't forget that this is kind of a brain game as well.   When we put our plans and goals in writing, we kind of do a personal commitment to ourselves.   This kind of thing is really important to us in becoming a "top producer".    Jerry
