Promotionally Speaking....If you have ONE Thing....

Real Estate Agent with EXP Realty 414-525-0563 57026-90 Broker

Every year our sphere looks forward to receiving the ONE THING that we believe that they most appreciate from us. Yes...we give them helpful maintenance hints...referrals to lenders and contractors....suggestions for entertainment to new residents....but the ONE THING that they mention the most often is wall calendar that we send out every year.

CalendarWe use one that is published by American City Calendars...Each month has a beautiful color photograph of some part of our market area. In addition, another appreciated feature is that holidays, local festivals and activities are also highlighted throughout the calendar.

It is of course, personalized with our name, picture and contact information and stays with the recipient all year long.   We have heard about how our gift is offices, lunch and break rooms...kitchens and family rooms.

If you have just ONE THING that makes the very most sense to spend your promotional dollars on each year....we highly recommend a good quality calendar to remind all of your clients of the services you provide.

We always order additional copies so that we have them for new clients and customers throughout the year as well.

Calendars are ordered and will be mailed in November....think ahead and you will be remembered all year long.

That's a wonderful idea vs the little all-in-one year magnets I see.  May I ask where you get your calendars created?  Wonderful ONT THING to focus on! Best wishes!

Hi Sally and David.

Good idea, but my advertising dollars have already been spent supporting the local high school.

Maybe next year.

Have a great day in Wisconsin my friends.

Best, Clint McKie

We do it every addition to other things of is a large calendar and measures something like 10 x 12 and then is spiral bound so that is the size of the picture and doubles with the bottom page being the annotated calendar...a HUGE display with our name and contact information front and center all year long.

We've given out the Naples City Calendar for years.  At one point we were up to 150 then  last year we did ZERO.  The artist called us and asked why?  I said, because we never got any business from the calendar and they were $20 each.  The Naples Calendar is consistantly the #1 city calendar at Barnes and Noble in NYC.  Oh well.  None for us either.  Last year we used some stupid dog calendar that some other Realtor gave us.

Put 40 years of experience to work for you

I do cards at Christmas time but I'm thinking about discontinuing that practice because it's too much work and I'm not certain it's a good rate of return. The main reason to do it is to stay top of mind, and people seem to remember my name, google is easy to tap into, so I'm thinking why.
