Hi Liam, I just went through the opposite...put up a sign, but didn't  put it on the MLS..it sold fairly quick so whatever works.

People still like to search for homes the old fashioned way - right in their desired neighborhoods.  I've had sellers do this to me - I feel like a key marketing tool has been removed from the tool box.
