Hastings REO Sold

 Hastings is 1 square mile and has about 600 residents, properties have not been easy to sell since there isn't too much to do in the town~ that is not unless you grow potatoes and cabbage and want the laid back lifestyle~ seems like folks have no care in the world. So anyway congratulations to the new homeowner/investor! :)
