Hello everyone, Clermont has been my home for about 10 years now and what changes there have been! I remember driving down 27 and seeing nothing but orange groves, we still have groves but we also have a thriving community with all the ammenities of the big city without so much of the hustle and bustle. Easy access to Orlando, close to Walt Disney World, Universal, and Sea World.
