Being a long time resident of Montgomeryville, I wanted to share with everyone that there are an abundance of well-maintained properties currently on the market in THE VILLAGE OF NESHAMINY FALLS. If you are in the market you not only want to check your local MLS but also the KcKee Properties website as they list many from within.  This is a well maintained 55+ Community, where I had the pleasure to place a client recently.  Great amenities such as clubhouse, outdoor pool and bus service to local businesses.

I am lucky enough to have nearly 80% of my business in the incredible Del Webb Sun City Huntley 55+ community here in Huntley, IL.  This past weekend we visited Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, where some friends have a home.  While not age restricted, it has many of the same great ammenties and very pretty surroundings.  I would encourage all agents to get knowledgeable about 55+ communities in their area.  The baby-boomers are aging and it is a market suffering very little from the mortgage situation.
