I often use this exercise before I speak at an engagement or teach a class. Interesting post. I've never heard of alternate nostril breathing, it sounds fascinating and very beneficial. I'll definitely give it a try. Thanks.

Thanks for the link!  I started exploring other info on the site ... Slow Yoga!  I love the idea...  So very soothing to just to think about the ancient replenishing rituals....
