Sold average sales prices increased 11,51% to $283,754 from $263,312 in 2012.
Current pendings = 3,865 pending listings with an average list price of $282,734. One year ago we had 3,529 pending sales with an average list price of $268,218. That is almost a 10% increase in the number of pending sales with 5.41% increase in average list price.
