Wallingford Valley is the name of a condominium and townhouse community on the outskirts of Wallingford, Delaware County, PA. Wallingford Valley is comprised of five communities that have a community center, tennis courts and a few outdoor swimming pools.
These five communities are: Danbury Village, Plymouth Colony, Putnam Village, Saybrook Village and Weston Village. Danbury Village and Putnam Village are on the outer part of Wallingford Village, next to the 2 entrances to this community, with Plymouth Colony in the middle. Plymouth Colony is a six story secured building with elevators for the residents who live in this building. The other villages offer one and two story condos as well as two story townhouses.
Wallingford Valley is located just up from Ridley Creek with an entrance to the communities off of Brookhaven Road and Moore Road and is located in the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District.
SEPTA has a bus line Route 118 that is accessible from the Brookhaven Road entrance. The Media Rail line is just over a mile away.
Wallingford Valley is close to shopping centers, parks, major highways, downtown Philadelphia, the airport, and the Delaware state line.
