The sink and its components were replaced, as were all the appliances, and some fixtures, including ADA toilets and a new hot water heater.

Interior walls and doors were freshly painted. Exterior walls were re-sided with a synthetic pre colored stucco material that requires low maintenance.

Floor coverings were removed and new, planked vinyl flooring that wares well and looks like real wood now covers the floors.


 

The 10 X 48 foot wooden deck was removed and a new Veranda composite decking was installed in its place. The landscaping was cleaned and spruced up. The wooden fences were repaired.

Surrounding homes are well kept, nicer looking homes. This is a tranquil West Sedona location that is convenient to all services. The utilities, including city sewer are underground. Other bonuses include several National Forest hiking trails and

By Sedona standards, it is a simply house. What elevates it from others in this price range is the fourth bedroom and bath.
