Please pull the shades!
I guess I am having all the luck in the world with my client lately. We have seen some strange things as we have looked at homes for her to purchase. I shared with you all the day we walked in on teenagers having a good time in the master bedroom of one vacant home. My client had a really good sense of humor about that, but needless to say did not purchase that home.
As we were standing by the back window in the upstairs loft area of the home she liked yesterday - discussing the possibilities of the back yard, she started giggling. I looked over to where she was looking - the back yard next door. And to my suprise was a female sunbather who was wearing nothing. We lowered the shades and went downstairs to continue our discussion. As it ended up, we wrote a contract on this home because she liked it so much. My client said the first thing she plans to do is get shutters throughout the entire home. I am very thankful she has a great sense of humor and is not easily embarrased.
I have to say, I kind of feel like that kid from the movie "The Sixth Sense". Only instead of seeing dead people, we see naked people!
