It was an amazing opportunity for them to be part of the Extreme Home Makeover experience and they were grateful for some fun and joy during a hard season of their lives. But as that season closed, it became time to move forward. Selling their home was a big part of that.

After feeling like we were a part of this family’s story by watching it unfold on TV, it was a joy to truly be a participant once the home was listed with the Wilson Team. The home was UNDER CONTRACT in 9 days! And CLOSED 18 days later. We had an out of state buyer and were so pleased that Umpqua Bank was doing the loan as they have some of the quickest turn around times in the Willamette Valley.
Our team was so excited to have the ability to move so quickly with this house and help the family reach the goal! The house is on the Lewisburg-Granger Rd. neighborhoods of North Corvallis that have truly breath-taking views. Including, landscapes of farms, mountains and rolling hills, including some vineyards and gorgeous tree-lined properties. It’s a home that gives you the best of both worlds, country living while still close to schools and minutes from town.
