Mike,

Great news. As baby boomers age, there is going to be a greater need for wheelchair accessible townhomes throughout the country. I especially see a greater need for those chair lifts for 2 story homes.

Thank you for stopping by.  I agree that there is a great need for accessible homes and also new ways to get from floor to floor.

The husband buyer got sick a few years ago and is now paralyzed from the chest down and needs a swing to get from his motorized chair.  So a stairway lift is not strong enough for him and his chair.

Got to be a solution there somehow someday.
