There's only 55 new condo listings in the past 30 days in the South Maui market.  What's going on?  One has already sold, and another has cancelled.  That leaves 53 fresh listings and 12 of them are pending and under contract.  One is bank owned and 6 are short sales.  6 are leasehold condos.  Not much left to pick from is there?  Maybe one of these available units is just what you're looking for.

I love Maui, we try to go every 5 years.  Maui and Jamaica are my two favorite places to go and visit - would like to retire in either places.
