Bridges on the Park - 210 Lee Barton, Austin, TX 78704 - South Austin condos

When you drive by the Bridges on the Park, the "sold banners" leave you with the feeling that everything is gone but that is not true. I visited today and got the scoop that 40 units are left.

Here is the kitchen and bath layouts but there are a lot of upgrades so don't expect all of this to come in at the modest $400 a sq. ft. entry price.

What I like best about the project - great location by Hike and Bike Trail.
WhatI like least about the project - No nieghborhood charm

Hi we would discourage anyone from buying here.  It is a great location like you say, but we have been here 3 months, have dealt with threats from the customer service rep, and continue to not have our punch list items completed while they focus on the people on the 6th floor.  In fact we were denied repairs when people on the 6th floor received the same ones.

Please insist your buyer has a home inspection, as there are many builder oops and poor workmanship.

Take your buyers to other projects
