I have started a group called "Investment Intelligence" and I wanted to invite others that are interested in sharing real estate investment information. There is a huge market out there full of investors. 99.9% of my business is selling to investors and buying investment properties. My area here in the Great Smoky Mountains is also a huge investor market. We have almost 12 million visitors a year! Many visitors decide to move or retire here and ALL visitors need a place to stay while they are here on vacation. That has made the savy investor acquire several luxury cabins and put them on established overnight rental programs. These investors are making money on their beautiful cabins while they continue to rise in value. They also have the added benefit of staying in there own cabins whenever they want to escape to the mountains. Besides having the only National Park with free admission in the USA, we have world class entertainment and shows. Please tell me about your investment properties in the Mesa, AZ area.
