'Tis the season - Football Season, that is! Around my town, there are so many opportunities to catch kids from 6 - 19 working hard out on the fields. So I've compiled a list of some of the teams you can catch playing around Castle Rock, Co. From the "mighty mights" to the high schoolers - if you just want to see some great kids giving it their all, or inspire your child to "get in the game" - check these out!
Pop Warner - 
has come to Castle Rock as The Castle Rock Knights! I'm a bit biased here because my 8 year old son plays on the Mighty Mights! Here is a link to their site. They have two Castle Rock teams this year!
Douglas County Dolphins - this club team has been around a while. With several local teams - you'll recognize them in the purple and white! Here's a link to their site.
Castle Rock Middle School - The 8th graders in this middle school located in The Meadows play football. As they prepare to make the teams at Castle View - stop by and watch these guys play!
Mesa Middle School - At Mesa, they also have an 8th grade football team. Many of these kids will go on to play football at Douglas County High School. Click here for their schedule.
Castle View High School - Home of the Sabercats - Since they don't have their own stadium, you can catch these guys playing at DCHS locally, or one of the many stadiums around Douglas County. Learn more about the team by clicking on the Team Roster section of the site.
