The Great Tastes At Suntree

The great tastes at Suntree begins October 12, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. at the Suntree Country Club.  The event is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Suntree for the benefit of the Children's Hunger Project.  The tickets are $30, and you can get more information by calling (321) 890-4301.  That's the basic information, but there's so much more to say about this extravaganza that you won't want to miss.

What's in it for you?  Just the chance to experience a smorgasbord of culinary delights from the area's most sought-after restaurants.  Places that you've heard of and wanted to experience, come together to meet you!  Delicacies, specialties, one-of-a-kind items, and food challenges await those who like to experience new things, good food, and a great night out while doing their part to help an important cause.

What's in it for me?  I find that my participation in the great tastes at Suntree rewards me with a deep feeling of satisfaction in knowing that I'm helping a very worthwhile cause.  The efforts of the Children's Hunger Project can resonate with any caring parent.  Hunger affects too many children in this country; and it affects not only their health, but their ability to learn.  As a parent, I feel that it's our duty to ensure that our children have the best chance to succeed.  The Children's Hunger Project plays a vital role in reaching that goal.

As chairwoman of last year's event, I was very pleased with the turnout.  The Rotary Club of Suntree and the Suntree Country Club have my deepest thanks.  I was honored when  they recognized my contribution, because I couldn't have done it without them.  The venue was beautiful, the booths were well-organized, and everyone had a great time.  Everything went smoothly from the entertainment and food preparation, right down to the parking.  I couldn't have asked for a better event!

I often mention that Brevard County real estate has a lot to offer, but there are times when we must recognize that there is always a little more that can be done.  The great tastes at Suntree offers us all the chance to do a little more for others.  When we have the opportunity to help others, while enjoying a unique event with as much to offer as this one, it's hard to ignore.  It's a win-win situation for everyone, and you'll be glad that you came.  I'll be there, and I look forward to seeing you there too.
