Today, I had an unexpected request from an individual. The somehow found the link to my Home Buyer Scouting Report and found several homes they wanted to see in New Haven, IN. The first question that needed to be answered was, "Where is New Haven, IN? I pulled up the listing and looked at the map. There it was just outside of Fort Wayne, IN.
As soon as I saw that, I knew exactly who I would be calling for that referral, Jared and Amanda Christainsen with Century 21 Bradley You see, I have been 
reading Jared and Amanda's blog for quite some time. I have enjoyed the stories and market information they have shared. I knew that they were the local expert and would be a great selection for this client.
I called Jared only to receive his voice mail. Within 5 minutes I had a text message that said he would call as soon as he could AND HE DID JUST THAT!!! We chatted for several minutes and then I provided an email introduction between Jared and the client.
Nothing makes me happier than when referral partners treat my referrals the same way I treat my clients. If it hadn't been for my participation in Active Rain, I would have spent a great deal of research to find the right agent.
