Cleveland TN. We are lucky enough to be directly on I-75 between Knoxville & Chattanooga with a strong employment base, low tax rate, above average school systems, mild climate, and a wide variety of shopping and recreational activitys within an hours drive we were possibly the best kept secret in the south untill being designated an MSA [Metro Statistacal Area] by uncle sam shortly after the 2000 census. The real estate market in Cleveland has been very stable compared to most areas of the country, visit us and you'll see why!
