I grew up in NM and love Green Chiles! I just saw a post on Facebook for Hatch Green Chile wine... doesn't sound too good to me! We travel through Hatch a few time s a year and I love picking up some salsa, chiles if they are in season, ristras... and some talavera! Cheers! Kathy
