First Official Work Day of the Fall in Frisco TX

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with 3:16 team REALTY ~ Locally-owned Prosper TX Real Estate Co. #9001154

Today is the first official work day of Fall. Coming out of 100 degree weather days just a couple of weeks ago, low 60s seem to be a little nippy during my run this morning.

It's all good. The weather are much more tolerable in the afternoons (low 90s) assisting home buyers in the Frisco TX and surrounding areas.

Today (Monday 9/23) and tomorrow (Tuesday 9/24), I will be attending a CRB (Certified Residential Brokers) class: Sales Leadership that Drives Performance.

As an associate-broker and co-owner of a locally-owned independent real estate company in Frisco TX, it's important that I take on-going classes to keep myself challenged, learning and guiding those I lead in my company. I enjoy networking with other brokers in the area as well. Business is so much easier when you have an established relationship with those whom you have encountered.

Leadership is an essential in a real estate transaction. I can't wait to learn more about how to bring 3:16 team REALTY to embrace great leadership in Frisco TX areas.

Good morning, Loreena..... it's very important for you to earn as many designations as possible.... this is good for your potential clients to see that you are well versed and formally educated in your field.... you take this seriously.... I had 9 of them....no one else in my area had anywhere near that and it was to MY advantage.

GOOD MORNING LOREENA!  Frisco weather sounds about like Tucson weather right now - we had some tough 100 degrees days past few weeks but today it's turned a corner for cooler temps!  Enjoy your runs - and showing homes in the afternoons!

Loreena, best wishes on the upcoming class.  FALL is truly here, and this year we are bringing in the cooler weather.  After a week of 90-95 degree weather, followed up by 4 days of rain and flooding, cooler weather with more rain this last week, it really does feel like Fall here in Denver.

Hi Loreena. I am working on my next designation for military relocation. It's always good to increase knowledge while increasing experience but then you have a civil engineering degree so you obviously already know :)

Things used to slow down in fall in my market in fall, but not last year and from the looks of it, not so much this year either.
